Draw a Suppordle

Criei um Suppordle (Yordle Support) para um concurso que um usuário do LoL fez, com as seguintes características:

Yacko, the Water Manipulator

Being born in Bandle city, Yacko always wanted to be a pirate and trained really hard, but soon after joining a pirate's group, a bad accident occurred while a battle was happening: he dodge a bullet, but fell on the water, almost drowning.
Some days ago, he woke up under the sea with a water elemental protecting him. The water elemental said his time on Earth was almost over. Yacko said he would do anything to keep the Water Elemental alive, and the Elemental said the only way was if he could overlap body, mind and soul with someone. Yacko, then, became one with the Elemental, Amejin. After coming back to the ground, Yacko noticed he was not a normal being anymore and after not fitting the normal life, anymore, he tried to join the League - some says he was searching for some answers, some says he still wants to be a pirate and some says he just want to use his new powers, but noone knows the truth.

Teardrops (Passive): After not taking damage for a while he makes nearby allies regen 50% more hp. (about 450 range) (Only allies)
Splash (Q): Yacko and his elemental shake their body and splashes a liquid that restores mana to allies (not himself) or give damage to enemies. Radius: 450. Mana cost: 30/40/50/60/70. Damage: 30/40/50/60/70 (+ 0.4 AP). Mana Restoration: 25/34/45/57/70. Cooldown: 3 seconds.
Waterform (W): Yacko join his elemental and transforms into a thin layer of water, losing a little move speed, but being capable of passing through obstacles and slowing enemies that steps on him (for 2s). While in this forms he also gains benefits from his passive and gives double benefit to nearby allies. Duration: 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. Slow (himself and enemies): 10%/15%/20%/25%/30%. Mana cost: 70 mana. Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds.
Water pillar (E): Channels to make his water elemental transform into 2 water pillars (0.1s channeling), swaping place with a teammate champion and giving him some armor and magic resistance. Range: 725. Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds. Cost: 80 mana. Armor/Mres bonus: 10/15/20/25/30.
Rain Dance (R): Channels for half a second and order his elemental to make rain fall affecting an area. The rain gives AoE damage (DoT) and slow to enemies (+1s slow after leaving the area), while giving bonus damage and move speed to allies. Radius: 500. Range: 800. Cooldown: 90/75/60 seconds. Duration: 10 seconds. Base Damage per second: 10/20/30 + (0.15AP). Max HP % per second: 1.5%/2%/2.5%. Slow %: 30%. Move Speed Bonus: 10%/15%/20%. Bonus AD/AP: 20/35/50.
